This day we visited the 9/11 memorial this day and I was crying the whole time.  Remembering back when I was in 8th grade and watching this happening on TV really messed me up.  It was so sad being in the place that it all happen and all the lives of common normal people like myself were lost that day.  I could have been anyone, you or me.  We will never forget.  We took the Staten Island ferry to see the Statue of Liberty.  It was a good relaxing ride back and forth.  We walk through Chinatown and Little Italy after and found this heart wall. Of course I had to take pictures with it! I’m so glad I had my Polette pink round sunglasses this whole trip.  I love the 60s-70s style lately with basic more comfortable clothes.  Stripes will always be my thang.

Love you,

Natalia

Pictures of NYC will never end, and that is OK with me.  Is like I never left, looking through these pictures and remembering all my most-loved places in this city.  We walk through Soho and did some shopping because going to NYC and not shopping a little is a sin. Hahaha.  Then we went to Chelsea Market and ate the best tacos at Los Tacos No 1.  I probably could have eaten five more of those tacos.  Sorry I didn’t record this, they disappeared instantly. And, we really had the camera on at all times because we wanted to enjoy everything and really forget about taking pictures for once.  Then we walk through what is pretty much my new favorite place in NYC, The High Line.  Is a 1.45 mile-long linear park built on an elevated section of a disused railroad.  A mile long above, in between building with great views of the city.  Walking through gardens and just beautiful views was the best. We sat there for a while just taking in it all in.  So many treasures this city holds.

Love,

Natalia
